How Online Booking Works

- Pay a 25% deposit.
- The remaining balance plus a refundable security deposit (25% of the rental fee) is due 5 days before your rental starts.
- Standard delivery: your 3-hour delivery window is confirmed 3–5 days before your event. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout.

Yes. It's popular under tents and on patios. We recommend edge pieces and reasonably level ground.
Standard delivery: your 3-hour delivery window is confirmed 3–5 days before your event, once our routes are finalised. Need a specific time? Exact Time Delivery (additional fee) gives you a guaranteed 1-hour delivery window.
A 25% deposit is required on all bookings. It's non-refundable, except for a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of confirmation and the event is more than 2 weeks away. The remaining 75% balance and a refundable security deposit of 25% of the total rental fee are due 5 days before your rental starts (2 weeks before for rentals over $2,000). The security deposit is refunded within 7 business days after all items are returned in good condition, less any deductions for damage (unless covered by the Rental Protection Plan), loss or additional charges.
The Rental Protection Plan is optional and non-refundable: 10% of the total rental fee, available at booking. It covers accidental damage during normal use, excluding negligence, misuse, theft, loss, or intentional damage.
