Every wedding is different, so we build each package around yours. Here's how it works, from your first message to the morning after your celebration. You'll see your tent setup in 3D before anything is booked.

The Process, Step by Step

    Send Us Your Event Details

    Start with the basics: your date, town, guest count and the kind of setup you have in mind. A rough idea is all we need to get started.

    See Your Wedding in 3D

    We create a custom 3D render of your tent package, so you can picture the layout, tables, dance floor and décor before the day.

  2. 3

    Unlimited Revisions

    Move the dance floor, try a different table layout, add lighting. We'll update your 3D render as many times as you need until it feels right.

    Your Quote and Deposit

    Once you love the design, we build out your quote. A 25% deposit reserves your items for your dates, so they're held just for you.

  2. 5

    Headcount Changes Until 2 Weeks Before

    Guest lists change. You can adjust your headcount until 2 weeks before your event, and we'll update your package to match.

  3. 6

    A Site Visit From Our Team

    A member of our team visits your site to check the space, ground and access, so everything is planned well before setup day.

  1. 7

    Setup and Teardown

    We set up 1–2 days before your event date and take everything down the day after, so you can enjoy your wedding without rushing.

Common Questions

How many changes can I make to my 3D render?

As many as you like. Revisions to your 3D render are unlimited.

When are payments due?

A 25% deposit is due at booking to reserve your items. The balance, plus a refundable security deposit of 25% of the rental fee, is due 5 days before your event.

Can I change my guest count after booking?

Yes. Headcount revisions are welcome until 2 weeks before your event.

When do you set up and take down?

Setup is done 1–2 days before your event date, and teardown happens the day after your event.
