Pick-Up & Drop-Off Times:

  • Customer Self-Pickups & Drop-offs: Everyday, 9:00am-7:00pm
  • Standard Deliveries & Pickups: Everyday, 9:00am-7:00pm

Note: We will contact you one week prior to your event to confirm your delivery/setup timeslot, which will be within a 4-hour window of your selected booking time. If your chosen day is fully booked, delivery/setup may occur the day before. Custom delivery times available upon request during booking.

Important Notes:

  • Weekends: We are now open for deliveries on weekends, with timeslots confirmed one week prior to your event.
  • Delivery Timeslots: Your selected delivery time will be confirmed one week before your event. Delivery/setup will occur within a 4-hour window of your chosen time or the day prior if bookings are full.
  • Rental Pricing: Enjoy up to 4 days of rental at a flat rate, ideal for flexibility.

Booking Confirmation:

Secure your booking with a 25% non-refundable deposit via credit card or Visa debit. You'll receive a confirmation email with all details.
