How Online Booking Works

1. Choose Your Service Type
   Select either Pickup (self-pickup from our location) or Delivery (we bring it to you).
2. Set Your Rental Period
   Choose your desired rental dates — up to a 4-day flat rate at no extra cost. This gives you flexibility for setup and teardown.
   Note: Exact delivery and pickup timeslots are scheduled based on our delivery routes and availability. We will contact you within one week of your event date to confirm the final timeslot.
3. Select Your Items
   Browse our inventory and add the equipment you need. Real-time availability shows exactly what’s ready for your dates.
4. Review & Checkout
   Review your cart. If you selected delivery, choose your delivery options and any applicable fees.
5. Secure Your Booking
   Pay a 25% non-refundable deposit to confirm your reservation. You’ll receive an immediate confirmation email.

What Happens After Booking?

• Immediate Confirmation — Booking details sent right away.
• Contract Email — Follow-up email with your contract.
• Within One Week of Your Event — We contact you to confirm your exact delivery or pickup timeslot (within a 4-hour window).
• Delivery Day — You’ll receive a text notification when your rentals are on the way.

Delivery & Pickup Details

• Important: Delivery and pickup times are scheduled based on our routes and availability. We will contact you within one week of your event date to confirm the final timeslot.
• Exact Time Delivery — Available as an add-on for a 1-hour window.
• After-Hours Service — Contact us for delivery/setup/teardown outside regular hours.
• Hours of Operation: Weekdays 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Weekends 9:00 AM – Noon.

Key Rental Information

• Rental Period: Flat rate for up to 4 days.
• Deposit: 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
