Delivery: add delivery and event details so we can schedule around your date. Pickup: no extra details — continue to payment.
Non-refundable. Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation and the event is more than 2 weeks away.
Standard delivery: your 3-hour delivery window is confirmed 3–5 days before your event, once our routes are finalised. Need a specific time? Exact Time Delivery (additional fee) gives you a guaranteed 1-hour delivery window at your requested date and time, handled by a dedicated delivery team. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout.
Pickups may be rescheduled to match staff availability. High-peak marquee tents are not available for customer pickup.
