How Online Booking Works: Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Choose Your Service Type: In the date picker field, select either "Pickup" (self-pickup from our location) or "Delivery" (we bring it to you).
  2. Set Your Rental Period: Input your desired rental dates, up to a 4-day window at no additional cost. This flat-rate period provides flexibility for your event setup and teardown.
  3. Select Your Items: Browse our inventory and add the party equipment you need to your cart. Real-time availability ensures what you see is ready for your dates.
  4. Proceed to Checkout: Review your cart, and if you've chosen delivery, select your delivery options (including any applicable fees based on location).
  5. Secure Your Booking: Go to the payment page and complete your reservation with a 25% non-refundable deposit (via credit card or Visa debit). This holds your items and dates.

What Happens After Booking?

  • Immediate Confirmation: You'll receive a booking confirmation email right away with your reservation details.
  • Follow-Up Email: Shortly after, another email will arrive including your contract and a 5% online booking discount applied to your total.
  • One Week Prior: Our team will contact you to confirm your delivery or pickup timeslot (within a 4-hour window).
  • On Delivery Day: You'll get a text notification when your rentals are on the way to your destination.

Delivery & Pickup Details

  • Important Notes: Delivery may be rescheduled to an earlier timeslot or date. Your selected date/time isn’t guaranteed until confirmed one week before your booking start date. For precise timing or special requests (e.g., outside standard hours), contact us for a custom quote.
  • Exact Time Delivery Service: Opt-in for this service if you need delivery or pickup within a 1hr timeslot.
  • After-hours services: Need delivery, setup, or teardown services outside of our regular hours of operation? Contact us for a custom quote.
  • Hours of Operation: Weekdays, 9:00 AM–7:00 | Weekends, 9:00 AM-Noon for both self-pickup/drop-off and standard delivery/pickup.

  • Rental Period: Enjoy a flat rate for up to 4 days, giving you ample time for your event without extra fees.
  • Discounts and Deposits: Benefit from the 5% online discount, and remember the 25% deposit is non-refundable to secure your booking.
