Standard delivery: your 3-hour delivery window is confirmed 3–5 days before your event, once our routes are finalised. Need a specific time? Exact Time Delivery (additional fee) gives you a guaranteed 1-hour delivery window at your requested date and time, handled by a dedicated delivery team. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout.
Self-pickup is at 25 Ellis Avenue, Caledonia: Monday–Friday 9am–7pm and Saturday–Sunday 9am–12pm. Pickups may be rescheduled to match staff availability.

Choosing & Styling Your Linens
- Start with the length. Floor-length cloths look formal and hide table legs and storage underneath. Shorter drops suit casual buffets and backyard parties.
- Then the fabric. We rent tablecloths in polyester and satin, in round and rectangle sizes.
- Layer for depth. Put a table runner over a base cloth, and finish each place setting with a matching napkin.
- Dress the chairs too. Banquet chair covers and sashes tie the room together.
- Plan it all together. Book linens alongside our Hamilton tables, chairs and tents so everything arrives in one delivery.

Which tablecloth is floor length on an 8 ft banquet table?
A 90×156" cloth gives a full 30" drop on all sides of an 8 ft (30×96") table. 90×132" reaches the floor on the long sides only.
Can linens come with my tables and chairs?
Yes. Add linens, tables and chairs to the same cart and they're delivered together. Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Self-pickup is at 25 Ellis Avenue, Caledonia: Monday–Friday 9am–7pm and Saturday–Sunday 9am–12pm. Pickups may be rescheduled to match staff availability. Choose Pickup in the date picker when you book.
How much is the deposit?
A 25% deposit is required on all bookings. It's non-refundable, except for a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of confirmation and the event is more than 2 weeks away. The remaining 75% balance and a refundable security deposit of 25% of the total rental fee are due 5 days before your rental starts (2 weeks before for rentals over $2,000). The security deposit is refunded within 7 business days after all items are returned in good condition, less any deductions for damage (unless covered by the Rental Protection Plan), loss or additional charges.
Is there a Rental Protection Plan?
The Rental Protection Plan is optional and non-refundable: 10% of the total rental fee, available at booking. It covers accidental damage during normal use, excluding negligence, misuse, theft, loss, or intentional damage.
