Standard delivery: your 3-hour delivery window is confirmed 3–5 days before your event, once our routes are finalised. Need a specific time? Exact Time Delivery (additional fee) gives you a guaranteed 1-hour delivery window at your requested date and time, handled by a dedicated delivery team. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout.
Self-pickup is at 25 Ellis Avenue, Caledonia: Monday–Friday 9am–7pm and Saturday–Sunday 9am–12pm. Pickups may be rescheduled to match staff availability.

- Count per guest, per course: a dinner plate, plus a dessert & salad plate for each extra course.
- Match flatware to the menu: fork and knife for mains, dessert fork for cake, teaspoon for coffee.

Can I order just a few pieces?
Yes. Plates, flatware, glasses and cups are each rented individually, so you can add only what you need, such as champagne flutes for a toast or cups and saucers for a dessert table.
Can tableware come with my tables, chairs and linens?
Yes. Add everything to the same cart and it's delivered together. See our Hamilton table rentals and Hamilton linen rentals pages.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Self-pickup is at 25 Ellis Avenue, Caledonia: Monday–Friday 9am–7pm and Saturday–Sunday 9am–12pm. Pickups may be rescheduled to match staff availability. Choose Pickup in the date picker when you book.
How much is the deposit?
A 25% deposit is required on all bookings. It's non-refundable, except for a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of confirmation and the event is more than 2 weeks away. The remaining 75% balance and a refundable security deposit of 25% of the total rental fee are due 5 days before your rental starts (2 weeks before for rentals over $2,000). The security deposit is refunded within 7 business days after all items are returned in good condition, less any deductions for damage (unless covered by the Rental Protection Plan), loss or additional charges.
Is there a Rental Protection Plan?
The Rental Protection Plan is optional and non-refundable: 10% of the total rental fee, available at booking. It covers accidental damage during normal use, excluding negligence, misuse, theft, loss, or intentional damage.
