Delivery in Hamilton

We deliver from our location at 25 Ellis Avenue in Caledonia, just south of Hamilton, to every part of the city. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout. Standard delivery: your 3-hour delivery window is confirmed 3–5 days before your event, once our routes are finalised. Need a specific time? Exact Time Delivery (additional fee) gives you a guaranteed 1-hour delivery window at your requested date and time, handled by a dedicated delivery team.

Do I need a City permit for a popup tent?

A single 10×10 (about 9 m²) or 10×20 (about 19 m²) is well under the 60 m² size at which the City of Hamilton requires a tent building permit. Tents placed within 3 m of each other count together, though, so check with the City if you're grouping several. City of Hamilton – Tents.

Holding it in a City of Hamilton park?

Any gathering of 20 or more people in a City park needs a park permit from the City's Recreation Division, and locates are required for any staking or digging. See City of Hamilton – Event Locations.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes. Self-pickup is at 25 Ellis Avenue, Caledonia: Monday–Friday 9am–7pm and Saturday–Sunday 9am–12pm. Pickups may be rescheduled to match staff availability. Choose Pickup in the date picker when you book.

How much is the deposit?

A 25% deposit is required on all bookings. It's non-refundable, except for a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of confirmation and the event is more than 2 weeks away. The remaining 75% balance and a refundable security deposit of 25% of the total rental fee are due 5 days before your rental starts (2 weeks before for rentals over $2,000). The security deposit is refunded within 7 business days after all items are returned in good condition, less any deductions for damage (unless covered by the Rental Protection Plan), loss or additional charges.

Is there a Rental Protection Plan?

The Rental Protection Plan is optional and non-refundable: 10% of the total rental fee, available at booking. It covers accidental damage during normal use, excluding negligence, misuse, theft, loss, or intentional damage.
