Exact Time Delivery (additional fee) gives you a guaranteed 1-hour delivery window at your requested date and time, handled by a dedicated delivery team. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout.
Self-pickup is at 25 Ellis Avenue, Caledonia: Monday–Friday 9am–7pm and Saturday–Sunday 9am–12pm. Pickups may be rescheduled to match staff availability.

Is there a minimum order?
Every piece is priced on its own, so you can rent just what you're missing: a tray of champagne flutes for the toast, or cups and saucers for a dessert table.
Can it come with the tables and linens?
Yes. One cart means one delivery. Add Ancaster tables and Ancaster linens to the same order.
Do you rent cutlery and glasses on their own?
Yes. Plates, glasses and cutlery are each rented separately, so you can book only cutlery, only glassware or a full place setting for every guest.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Self-pickup is at 25 Ellis Avenue, Caledonia: Monday–Friday 9am–7pm and Saturday–Sunday 9am–12pm. Pickups may be rescheduled to match staff availability. Choose Pickup in the date picker when you book.
How much is the deposit?
A 25% deposit is required on all bookings. It's non-refundable, except for a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of confirmation and the event is more than 2 weeks away. The remaining 75% balance and a refundable security deposit of 25% of the total rental fee are due 5 days before your rental starts (2 weeks before for rentals over $2,000). The security deposit is refunded within 7 business days after all items are returned in good condition, less any deductions for damage (unless covered by the Rental Protection Plan), loss or additional charges.
Is there a Rental Protection Plan?
The Rental Protection Plan is optional and non-refundable: 10% of the total rental fee, available at booking. It covers accidental damage during normal use, excluding negligence, misuse, theft, loss, or intentional damage.
