Exact Time Delivery (additional fee) gives you a guaranteed 1-hour delivery window at your requested date and time, handled by a dedicated delivery team. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout.
Self-pickup is at 25 Ellis Avenue, Caledonia: Monday–Friday 9am–7pm and Saturday–Sunday 9am–12pm. Pickups may be rescheduled to match staff availability.

Ancaster FAQ
What size tablecloth do I need?
To reach the floor: 120" round on our 5 ft rounds, 90×132" on 6 ft tables and 90×156" on 8 ft banquet tables. Shorter options are in the chart on our Ancaster linen rentals page.
Can I add chairs?
Yes. Choose white padded resin, white fanback or black folding chairs on our Ancaster chair rentals page and they come on the same delivery.
How long is the rental?
All rentals include a flexible 4-day rental period at no extra charge. That gives you time to set up before your event and return items after it.
How much is the deposit?
A 25% deposit is required on all bookings. It's non-refundable, except for a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of confirmation and the event is more than 2 weeks away. The remaining 75% balance and a refundable security deposit of 25% of the total rental fee are due 5 days before your rental starts (2 weeks before for rentals over $2,000). The security deposit is refunded within 7 business days after all items are returned in good condition, less any deductions for damage (unless covered by the Rental Protection Plan), loss or additional charges.
Is there a Rental Protection Plan?
The Rental Protection Plan is optional and non-refundable: 10% of the total rental fee, available at booking. It covers accidental damage during normal use, excluding negligence, misuse, theft, loss, or intentional damage.
