Standard delivery: your 3-hour delivery window is confirmed 3–5 days before your event, once our routes are finalised. Need a specific time? Exact Time Delivery (additional fee) gives you a guaranteed 1-hour delivery window at your requested date and time, handled by a dedicated delivery team. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout.
Self-pickup is at 25 Ellis Avenue, Caledonia: Monday–Friday 9am–7pm and Saturday–Sunday 9am–12pm. Pickups may be rescheduled to match staff availability.

About Our Dance Floors
- The look: a dark walnut wood finish that works in a white marquee, a barn or a hall.
- How it's built: 4×4 ft high-pressure laminate panels that snap together with low seams, so heels don't catch.
- Sizes: nine options from 12×12 to 28×28 ft. Add edge trim for a clean border.
- On a lawn: for outdoor use we recommend edge pieces and reasonably level ground, so pick the flattest part of a sloping Ancaster yard.

What size dance floor do I need?
Plan on about 4–5 square feet for each person dancing at once (not every guest dances at the same time). The free Dancefloor Calculator suggests a size from your guest count.
Can it go on a lawn?
Yes, on reasonably level ground with edge pieces. A floor inside a marquee stays dry if it rains; see our Ancaster tent rentals.
When will I know my delivery time?

How much is the deposit?
A 25% deposit is required on all bookings. It's non-refundable, except for a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of confirmation and the event is more than 2 weeks away. The remaining 75% balance and a refundable security deposit of 25% of the total rental fee are due 5 days before your rental starts (2 weeks before for rentals over $2,000). The security deposit is refunded within 7 business days after all items are returned in good condition, less any deductions for damage (unless covered by the Rental Protection Plan), loss or additional charges.
Is there a Rental Protection Plan?
The Rental Protection Plan is optional and non-refundable: 10% of the total rental fee, available at booking. It covers accidental damage during normal use, excluding negligence, misuse, theft, loss, or intentional damage.
