How to Book Your High Peak Marquee Tent Packages Online
Booking Your High Peak Marquee Tent Package
Reserve your premium tent package online by selecting your event date. Setup is scheduled a few days prior to your event, and teardown is set for the day after, both subject to weather conditions and availability—we’ll coordinate with you to confirm exact timing.
What We Need From You:
- Event Date: Provide your exact event date when booking online.
- Venue Flexibility: Ensure your venue allows setup a few days before and teardown a day after the event.
- Surface Type: Let us know if the tent will be on grass (staked) or a solid surface (e.g., concrete/asphalt). For solid surfaces, we use water barrels instead of stakes. Please make sure we have access to a water outlet with a hose provided to fill the water barrels.
Scheduling Details:
Setup and teardown of the tents are included in the package price. We’ll contact you to finalize scheduling, ensuring it aligns with your event and venue availability.
Confirmation:
A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all details and follow-up communication about setup/teardown timing.
